New Delhi: Actor-turned-politician Kamal Haasan on Friday hinted at retaining his alliance options open as he stated “no just one is politically untouchable”.

When questioned about the likelihood of allying with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Haasan — who was talking at the Hindustan Occasions Management Summit — stated: “If my DNA is not likely to be tampered with, then no a single is politically untouchable.”

Nevertheless, Haasan also seemed eager on not burning his bridges with the Congress as he stated he noticed Rahul Gandhi as a chance for the country.

Haasan’s assertion assumes significance as of late, he has created new political friends among non-BJP events.
